Water Damage in Florence, Kentucky

A broken toilet hose can cause a lot of water damage! That is exactly what happened in this Florence, Kentucky property and SERVPRO of Boone County was ready to help! When the toilet supply line broke, water leaked into the lower basement levels of the property. SERVPRO of Boone County received the emergency call at 2:30AM and crews were dispatched and onsite by 4:00AM. The water crews extracted the water and set up drying equipment in the affected areas. Once insurance coverage was confirmed, demolition of the non-salvageable wood laminate flooring began. The before photo shows the wet, damaged flooring and the after photo shows the removal of the flooring in progress. Following removal, the water crews set up more drying equipment until the affected areas were completely dry.
